Ian Rummels
Managing Director

Ian spent 14 years at Ernst & Young (EY) specialising in all aspects of PAYE/NIC consultancy with a particular niche in helping companies with HM Revenue and Customs audits and investigations. Latterly he led the Human Capital team at EY across the South of England and Wales. In 2001 Ian left EY to form pes and has been instrumental in building the business to date.
