Before joining PES in September 2005, Cathy ran her own business as a portfolio HR Director. Prior to this she worked for Somerfield where she was latterly the Employment Strategy Director. Cathy has wide-ranging, generalist HR experience gained with a number of industries, both established and start-up businesses.
