Prior to joining PES in October 2002, Andy was with HSBC for 13 years, latterly as Senior Manager of various Customer Service operations, running a team of up to 30 people. His roles were customer facing, ensuring high quality service to clients. Andy has used this experience to set up new products and processes to ensure that client service remains at the heart of PES.
